The information you provide on this form will be added to Veolia’s
customer record management system to help us to act upon the issues
you have reported. This will be shared with the relevant services
within the Council.
Occasionally, Veolia or Sheffield City Council may need to contact you
if more information is needed in order to act on your request.
The information you provide will be kept for three years after which
it will be deleted. Financial information will be stored for six
years, in accordance with legal requirements.
